NOT SAFE FOR WORK
Spring Capsule 2024
Inspired by the movement of integrating more unique & personalized styles into the workplace -
going against the standards deemed as "work appropriate".
A play on the term, "Not safe for work",
this collection features a variety of workwear-inspired accessories comprised of rough materials/metals
that have been fully adorned in spikes -
making the pieces ~literally~ not safe for work.
To wear the pieces created, a caricatured persona was created of women
who show up to work focused on their outfits & who proceed to go through the
workday wasting time & acting inappropriately.
Different archetypes of people in the workplace were created -
starting with gossiping employees
The clumsy one always running late &
dropping files
The seductive secretary
The girls always on break
